We hope you enjoy looking around our site and will come to love these cats as much as we do.

I started breeding Russian Blues in 1976 after a friend told me about this wonderful breed. These cats are intelligent with a gentle loving nature and so started me on a wonderful journey of breeding Russian Blues under the prefix of ‘Tyana‘.

Then in 1990 I started breeding the Birman, and ‘Kirashan’ became my prefix for my Birman cats.Although very different to look at, the Birman are also have a very gentle, fun-loving nature.
We are a small cattery, registered with Queensland Feline Association, constantly striving to improve our cats.
All of our kittens are raised in our home and we encourage new owners to keep their cats as ‘indoor only’ pets as both breeds are easy to keep inside, out of harms way.

We show our cats regularly to help us attain a high standard in the breeds.
